The girls are selling their chicken eggs for $2/dozen. Jillian keeps the ledger and Cassie collects the eggs from the coop. So they are splitting 50/50. They both uniquely illustrate each label. It's been fun so far! And I told them they could spend the profits as they see fit. So far all they can envision is ice cream, lots of ice cream. I have no idea how long we'll keep this up. I guess until the customers dry up, the egg laying stops, or we get too busy to manage the business. But it's a fun family spring project to have while the chicken egg laying is picking up!
